  • If the web page doesn’t display the setup page, open a new internet browser, and enter www.mywifiext.net web address into the field of the browser’s address bar.

  • Once you are done with the Netgear Nighthawk extender setup and installation process, unplug your Nighthawk device and place it in a new location.

Netgear Nighthawk Extender Setup as an Access Point (AP)

You can connect your smart WiFi range extender to your existing WiFi router through a cable. After that, perform the Netgear Nighthawk extender setup in the access point mode to create a new powerful WiFi hotspot.
